David Lepley

David began his career at Asda in 2001 as a Christmas temp at the Grantham store. Over the years, he progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming Vice President of Online Grocery before leaving the business in 2016.

He then rejoined Asda in January 2025 as Chief Supply Chain Officer, taking on responsibility for Supply operations for food and general merchandise, ALS, Asda Express and Fuel. David is now part of the Executive team following his departure from Morrisons where he served as Executive Group Operations Director.
