Fashion brand, George, is back for Autumn Winter 2016 with a country-heritage inspired range. George, which is available in Asda stores throughout Northern Ireland, will debut its latest looks - bringing ‘country to the city’ at FASHIONWEEK on Friday 21st October. George uses riding-inspired tweeds and inspiration from the 40s and 50s to create a definitive womenswear collection for the season.

Kim Walsh, Regional George Manager for Northern Ireland, explains,
“We’re delighted to launch our George AW16 collection, we’ve created a truly ‘George-ous’ womenswear range that will appeal to everyone. Our latest collection draws on country-inspired themes – from fur-trimmed tweed gloves to cool dungarees, we are bringing country with a twist to Belfast this season! Guests at ‘High Street Heaven’ Night can expect to see more of our ‘Country Heritage’ looks plus seventies-inspired, ‘Folklore,’ and we’ll be staying ‘strong in style’ with our ‘Athleisure’ range. We’re really excited to be involved with FASHIONWEEK again and can’t wait to showcase our looks!”

Cathy Martin, organiser of West Coast Cooler FASHIONWEEK, said,
“We are thrilled to have George back again this year. We’ve worked with George for many seasons and we always look forward to seeing their affordable fashion on the catwalk. Following our recent launch, preparations are well underway for our 22nd season of FASHIONWEEK and we have no doubt that it will be another successful season – welcome back George!”
