The Asda Income Tracker data also shows that;

Family spending power increased by 5.9% in the year to November 2019, down from an increase of 6.5% in the previous month.
Growth in the Income Tracker has started to level off as households saw smaller increases in their gross incomes in November
Inflation, as measured by the Consumer Price Index, remained at 1.5% in November, unchanged from the November reading.
Fuel inflation remained in negative territory in November, though the annual fall was less steep at -2.9% compared to -3.3% in October.
