Asda launches new range of baking mixes

From banana bread to focaccia and cookies to sourdough, lockdown has given the nation the baking bug as Brits all over the country seek solace in the kitchen during the pandemic.

Asda has collaborated with the team behind FUEL10K, a small British business which supplies breakfast cereals, to launch Arise Bakery - a brand NEW range of baking mixes.

The easy-to-use range includes six different mixes to whip up classic bakes, including chewy cookies, fluffy cakes, gooey brownies and perfect bread from just £1.50 each. Simply add water and oil, plus any additional toppings for a baking feat without the fuss.

The creation of Arise Bakery has made it possible for two teams from FUEL10K’s suppliers to be taken off furlough, with the range being created in just 26 days from initial concept to supermarket shelf.
