Helen Selby to lead newly combined Legal and Compliance function

Asda has confirmed that General Counsel Helen Selby will manage a newly combined Legal and Compliance function to oversee separation from Walmart and transition to new ownership.

The change, confirmed today by CEO Roger Burnley to colleagues, will also see Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer Tim Belser leave Asda at the end of June following three and half years with the business.

Helen’s expanded remit will be effective from Monday 14th June.
