Asda reveals that four new and improved non-alcoholic spirits will be added to its already impressive no and low range, as the retailer predicts to sell 420,000 units of non-alcoholic beers, wines and spirits this January.
Created with the customer in mind, the two new and two improved 0% lines are 70cl bottles, vegan and vegetarian friendly and priced at just £10.00 each. New to the range is the Extra Special Non-Alcoholic Dark Spiced Spirit Drink, a handcrafted delight with Madagascan Vanilla, mango extracts and velvety dark spice. Alongside the Extra Special Non-Alcoholic Red Berries Botanical Spirit Drink, with blends of botanicals including Alpine Juniper, English Strawberries and Scottish Raspberry fruit extracts.
The improved Extra Special Non-Alcoholic Botanical Spirit Drink is hand-crafted with a blend of botanicals including Alpine Juniper and Coriander, Sicilian Lemon and Tahitian Lime fruit extracts. Another improved recipe is the Extra Special Non-Alcoholic Rhubarb & Ginger Botanical Spirit Drink which has a blend of Alpine Juniper, Nigerian Ginger, and Timperley rhubarb, in Cairngorms Mountain mineral water.
Customers who purchase the Extra Special Non-Alcoholic Rhubarb & Ginger Botanical Spirit Drink will be supporting the Asda Tickled Pink campaign, with 10% of the price of the product donated to the breast cancer charity partners, Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel!.
Ryan Truswell, Asda’s No and Low Buyer, says: “We are extremely excited about the launch of these new lines and improved recipes into our low and no alcohol range.
“At a time when we are seeing a spike in customers shopping for alcohol alternatives, it’s important we can offer them exciting options and expand our existing range to cover all drinks styles and customer favourites.
“We are also very proud to be supporting Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel! through our Rhubarb and Ginger drink sales.”
