Asda sells ‘cute’ lifelong accessory for Valentine’s Day and beyond

Asda shoppers looking to ask that all important question this Valentine’s Day don’t need to fork out on expensive jewellery as the supermarket brings back its £1 engagement ring.  

Social media users have taken to TikTok as one declares that partners now have 'no excuses,’ over a video of the ring on shelves. Others were filled with joy at the find - ‘i’d say yes coz it’s cutee’ and ‘they’re actually alright [to be fair].’

Others claim they’d be thrilled if their partner decided to get down on one knee with the affordable piece, ‘I’d be well happy with this, the thought was there some ppl can’t afford a 14k 20 diamonds on one ring,’ and ‘If I was proposed to like this I would say yes immediately it’s not about the ring it’s about the meaning.’ 

Other comments include:
