Joe Wicks teams up with Asda to create budget-friendly, healthy recipes as part of the retailer’s ‘Big Jan Price Drop’
Asda has teamed up with Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, to bring customers a series of brand-new, nutritious and hassle-free recipes this January.
With four ultimate midweek meals and one Sunday Dinner hack, these recipes are the perfect excuse to mix up the mealtime repertoire for 2025, and with the help of Asda’s Big Jan Price drop, they won’t break the bank.
The Big Jan Price Drop initiative, taking place across Asda stores and online from 2nd – 29th January 2025, sees the prices of over 2,500 products reduced by an average of 26%.
The main ingredient in each of Joe Wicks’ Meal Picks (including family staples such as a whole medium chicken, salmon fillets and turkey mince) will be featured as part of the Price Drop offering seriously low prices to help support families when budgets may be tight post-Christmas.
As a busy dad of four, Joe Wicks has developed these recipes with families in mind. The value-for-money, nutritious dinners are packed with comforting, family-favourite flavours and uncomplicated ingredients, with plenty of hidden veggies to make sure the family is fighting fit in the colder months.
They’re also simple and easy to make, with no recipe taking longer than 25 minutes to chef up, easing the pressure for families during busy, new-year weeknights.
The Asda and Joe Wicks’ Meal Picks include the below:
