Asda store steps into the Upside Down to celebrate Stranger Things

To mark the highly anticipated release of Stranger Things 5, George at Asda launches an exciting Hellfire Club-inspired in-store campaign designed to transport shoppers back to the fall of 1987.

The exterior of Asda Milton Keynes store has been transformed with a dramatic Stranger Things takeover until today, in partnership with Netflix and Persico. As a highlight of the campaign, an immersive photo booth experience will be available in-store for three days, starting Thursday 6 November - dubbed by the fans as ‘Stranger Things Day’. Customers will have the opportunity to step into the world of the series, snap photos, and enter the competition for a chance to win tickets to the award winning "Stranger Things: The First Shadow" stage play in London’s West End.

An Asda spokesperson said: “We’re so excited to see the Upside Down come to life at our Milton Keynes store, and know our customers are going to love it.”

To accompany the in-store activities, George at Asda has also launched a 40-piece Hellfire Club collection across home, general merchandise and fashion, starting from £2, such as:
