Asda spices up its Meal Deal range with four Limited-Edition sandwiches this autumn
Asda is turning up the heat on lunchtime food-to-go with the launch of its brand-new & Limited-Edition sandwiches and wraps for autumn, landing in stores from the 1st of September.
The star of the show is the NEW Limited-Edition Chicken Curry Triple Sandwich (£3.00), leading a flavour-packed line-up of additions to Asda's popular Food To Go Meal Deal range which includes a main, a snack and a drink for just £3.74.
Inspired by some of the nation's favourite curry flavours, the new Chicken Curry Triple Sandwich is first to market, and brings together three distinct Indian-inspired fillings in one triple sandwich. Making it the ultimate choice for shoppers looking to upgrade their lunch to warmer fillings, it features Chicken Korma with sweet mango chutney on soft white bread, Chicken Tikka with yoghurt and mint mayo on Kalonji seed bread and Chicken Madras with coconut and coriander pickle on white bread.
Also joining the range are three equally bold newcomers, offering shoppers even more choice when it comes to seasonal lunch-on-the go, including a mix of breads, wraps and subs.
Asda's NEW and Limited-Edition Spicy Meat Feast Sub Roll (£3.00), is packed with oak smoked ham, pepperoni and salami, topped with a sweet and spicy honey chilli mayonnaise.
The NEW and Limited-Edition Salt & Pepper Chicken Wrap (£3.00), includes breaded chicken, red peppers and spring onions with a punchy salt and pepper sauce, wrapped in a new chilli tortilla.
Also NEW and Limited-Edition is the BBQ Pulled Pork Wrap (£3.00), packed with barbecued pulled pork, red onions, black beans, tomatoes and a nacho cheese sauce - inspired by classic Mexican flavours.
Expanding its popular Food To Go range, the new launches arrive as shoppers continue to seek exciting flavours and greater variety from their lunch choices, with global flavour combinations becoming increasingly popular as the season turns.
