What’s happened?

We have initiated a product recall due to the presence of nickel found in the trims of some Lilac and Sage (pictured above) George Ladies double buckle flatbed sandals in All Sizes.

Testing has confirmed that the rivet part of the trim may contain nickel levels that exceed the permissible limits under the REACH regulations. This may cause an adverse skin reaction to some customers.

What you should do?

If you have purchased the above Ladies double buckle sandals in any size of the Lilac or sage colours, please bring the product back to your nearest store where you will be given a full refund. You do not need your receipt. No other colours are impacted by this recall.
