The Shark Rashvest has been identified as non-compliant to the Sunsafe standard as it is a half sleeve, not 3/4 length sleeve as per requirement.

What you should do?
If you have purchased a Shark Rashvest, please bring it back to your nearest store where you will be given a full refund. You do not need your receipt.
